Neautus produces almost all kinds of Chinese herbal slices, which are strictly manufactured in accordance with the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" and "Processing Standard of Chinese Herbal Slices". Neautus develops and formulates various technology procedures and quality standards for producing each species; and the entire process of slices production is controlled by standardized management procedure too.
All varieties of herbal slice products are processed strictly in accordance with the "production technology procedures" and its corresponding SOP. To ensure the product quality, Neautus invented a modern production framework for Chinese herbal slices. The framework includes employing the most advanced automated production equipment and test equipment, checking on each processing step, carrying on strictly inspection to products, etc. For example, the framework introduces a specialized and dedicated "toxic herbal slices production lines", together with the adaptation of the GMP authentication, to ensure the elimination of cross-contamination of the toxic herbal slices with ordinary herbal slices, and thus it makes the Neautus Herbal Slices truly "authentic quality assured Slices".
In addition, Neautus Slices uses modern packaging technology to avoid the problem of contaminated herbal slices, which is a serious problem for the traditional packaging for Chinese herbal slices. The new packaging technology, at the same time, plays a role in waterproof, pest control, and easy storage for herbal slices. This modern packaging technology for herbal slices also standardizes herbal slices supply chain management.
Through a few years of practice of medicines production, and by relying on the production of medicines Quality Management Practices (GAP) standards issued by SFDA, Neautus has established a series of high quality, pollution-free medicines planting bases in Chuanbeimu, Chuanxiong, Huanglian, Maidong, Dahuang, Banxia, Qianghuo, Ganhuangcao in Sichuan Province. Using raw material from these bases, Neautus helps to strictly control the quality of Chinese medicines from the origin.
High-quality products, good business reputation and customer satisfaction service have increasingly won larger market for Neautus. Currently, Neautus has an annual output of 6,000 tons Chinese herbal raw material, 3,500 tons of Chinese Herbal Slices. Also, Neautus products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions including U.S., Germany, Japan, South Korea, Argentina, Singapore ,Hong Kong and Taiwan. |
